Home-Start Birmingham Central and South-West
Working in local communities since 2006, Home-Start Birmingham Central and South-West currently support families across Bartley Green, Edgbaston, Harborne, Ladywood, Quinton and Soho.
All Home-Starts offer locally trained volunteers to provide emotional and practical support to families in their own homes. However each individual Home-Start offers a range of additional services/support groups and activities for parents and their children.
Home-Start Birmingham Central and South-West’s additional services
Home-Start Birmingham Central and South-West run weekly Nurture Group for families supported by Home-Start.
This group helps to support; reducing isolation, building friendships or support networks within the community; supporting early learning and development and to connect to local services.
Our Nurture Groups take place in the Edgbaston and Ladywood districts weekly during term time.
Milebrooke Hall, Bartley Green- Wednesdays weekly (term time only)
10:30am – 11:45am
Ladywood Children’s Centre- Tuesdays weekly (term time only) 10:30am-12.
These are only for families supported by Home-Start.
